“Almost everyone knows that Publix cakes are delicious, but I was blown away by the wedding cake selections here. We ended up with a "plainer" cake but it looked and tasted amazing! Vanilla cake with chocolate covered strawberry filling and mixture cream cheese/buttercream icing. It was so simple yet so decadent. Donna was extremely helpful and was able to create the exact design I was wanting. Nothing over the top, but still beautiful. I even went to a local bakery and asked for pretty much the same cake, but it was way overpriced (almost $600 more!) and didn't even come close to the tastiness of Publix's cakes! Plus they deliver! Do yourself a favor and just ask for Donna at Publix, I am sure you won't regret it!“

My husband and I both work in a very bust industry and Kevin worked with us to schedule calls at times that were convenient. He even allowed me to call him during lunch, weekends, and evenings.From the first phone call with Kevin I knew we had made a fantastic choice. He spoke to me for around 30 minutes asking my fiance and I’s likes and dislikes in food, and then proposed a menu.The fact that we had made the best choice was further solidified during our tasting. Kevin graciously allowed us both to bring our parents and then proceeded to wow us with a 8 course meal. We got to try every appetizer, all our meat options, all our sides, and our desserts. He was warm, and kind and you can tell he really cares about good food.The night of the wedding went off without a hitch.
