This is by far the best Subway I have ever stepped foot in. Very clean, the bathrooms are to perfection, I have never seen a public bathroom so amazing before. The atmosphere feels vibrant, and smells like fresh bread when i go in on my lunch. i have nothing but good things to say. I was in the store Easter Sunday, the women waiting on me was named Bella. She gave me a free cookie when I purchased a case of 6, very sweet, i have never had that happened before. i was having a really bad easter and that made my day. I have never felt so welcomed in a fast food shop before until Sunday. Alot of places feel stand off when you go or want to rush you out the door but this Subway, is my all time fave. I hope to make it a weekly stop with my family. My daughter loves your cookies, every time I go in the cookies are fresh.

The lady that waited on us had a bad attitude. She made us feel guilty for using a coupon. She apologized to the customers that came after us for the long wait. Not a good way to run a business!!

My daughter attempted to use the app for her order. I was not confident that it was placed so I tried calling the location. After about 15 mins of calling attempts I just drove there. Upon arrival they were not busy at all. I mention possible order online they never checked and looked at me saying none. Looks like a mom and papa owners with their children at the counter. I did ask to speak with a manager to which I was told she is only in twice a week.

Meatball sub was cold and the worker new the meatballs were cold cause when she asked me if I wanted it toasted and I said no she said oh.No steam even coming off the pan.Cheese would not even melt and when I took my first bite the inside te meatball was still cold.Asked if she had a microwave and she laughed and said why.I told her my meatballs were cold and she told me she could toast it.I don’t want my bread hard and she said sorry that’s all she can do.So I just threw the sun away and ate my 2 cookies and a drink for 10.00.This subway sucks.Since you have got rid of your microwave your meatballs are never hot.I won’t be back.

Tonight I ordered 2 subs and the bread is so hard and crunchy I do not even want to eat it. I tried calling the store twice but no answer so now I don't know to get this dealt with. I'm very disappointed I'd be given what seems like stale crunchy bread. I can't afford to throw $24 in the trash but I just can't eat this.

Me and my husband have eaten at this particular store more than once, I’m even a reward member and long time subway lover but this store is honestly a hit or miss. Sometimes it’s really fresh and well done but today when we ordered online and paid and left tip for artist our sandwich was very sub par. It felt very slapped together and no care at all :/ The lettuce was very soggy and brown, the pickles were old and soft, it was definitely a disappointment considering we live close and have ordered more than once. My best advice order INSIDE and make sure everything look fresh before you pay. I personally feel buying at lunchtime in the middle of the week on a Wednesday it should have been better, whether their date dots are off or if it was just a poor choice in day to order. Hope you have better luck then we did!

I go to this Subway regularly on 11/5 the scariest thing happened to me I got dizzy and nauseous and I ended up passing out. That has never happened to me before. But the sweetest employee named Adam was there the whole time. He helped me stay calm and feel safe he called the paramedics for me he gave me some juice to drink and he even called my mom. I am sooo grateful for him. Thank you Adam thank you so much.

I went in for the buy one get one cheesesteak and the vegetables are not hot the flavor of the sandwich was fine but it's not a real cheesesteak and I kind of went there for the deal which I must consider I was happy with a buy one get one free foot long and a cookie and all I spent was $10 and change but I didn't order the drink. anyway I put spinach on it I put onions which I had to ask for extra twice cuz they're very stingy with them I had to I put green pepper on it but they didn't have mushrooms which I was kind of surprised they kind of go with a cheese steak , green peppers onions and mushrooms and I put the cheese on it of course and the banana peppers I added which was a great choice and like I said I can't complain the sandwich was good it was just not a true Philly cheesesteak . next time I will go there I will go to the same store because they give me no problem about walking in there without having the app downloaded properly she helped in the assisted me through that I'm 65 and I'm not really good with that stuff so I am pleasantly surprised I will go in and check out one of the other sandwiches My pal gronkowski raves about in his commercials for Subway. Also I've gone there for the Subway salad with the guacamole because my pal TB12 advertised it and it was tremendous it was a salad bowl with chicken and extra spinach and the guacamole and for under $10 it was a great meal love Subway and I always have since 1977 when I first discovered the store
