“Update: The owner personally reached out to me to make things right. I appreciate that and we are more than happy to give them another chance.I ordered 120 Sandwiches for students at Creek. I ordered the day before and the manager confirmed an 11:15am pickup. At 12:15 they JUST finished the order and refused to give us a discount. I was shocked!!! They were an hour late and I had nothing to feed the kids; we handed sandwiches out just before the bell for 5th period. The lady explained they couldn’t give us more discount because it was already tax exempt. That’s not a discount!!!! They were to blame and she did nothing to right her wrong. Creek will no longer use Subway“
“I go to this Subway regularly on 11/5 the scariest thing happened to me I got dizzy and nauseous and I ended up passing out. That has never happened to me before. But the sweetest employee named Adam was there the whole time. He helped me stay calm and feel safe he called the paramedics for me he gave me some juice to drink and he even called my mom. I am sooo grateful for him. Thank you Adam thank you so much.“
“Easy in, easy out. Fresh meat, cheese and bread. . . . .Like all Subway's, they're quite pricey for what you get, and we don't like being prompted for a tip by the cash-register kiosk. I mean, we always tip well for good food and exemplary service, but isn't it the sole purpose for people working at Subway to place the ingredients we want onto the bread? We think management should pay their people according to their skill level, longevity and customer courtesy and leave tipping optional, without solicitation, for over & beyond service.Darryl & Christy“
