Food is awesome !! Fir service, cleanliness and safety I give it a 2. We went to the one in Port Richey on 19 and there was water on the floor and one of the employees said "watch out fir the water" and did nothing to clean it up ir secure the are. The tables were dirty, and when asked to wipe one down, the employee was irritated and rude. When this location first opened, it was 5 stars all around, it gas really gone down hill
Very rude associate I come in just to get a fork because I had forgot to get one the guy come yellingAt me then snatched the fork out of my hands and started running his mouth about how I have ask for permission.. l will never come here again all need learn your manners I don't know who the hell raised yall

I Waited 10 to 15 minutes before someone came to take my order and they didn't even offer me a free drink since I had to wait that long to order my meal ?

Ordered through UberEats...1st time customer. Was excited to try their Philly....wanted everything on it EXCEPT green peppers.Received item & I don't know who made sandwich, but the only thing on it was Steak n Cheese! I ordered it with onions,mushrooms, extra pickles & lettuce. Boy was I disappointed!! Maybe 2 pickles n never saw an onion/mushrooms n roll was very soggy! Too bad!

The place was empty. Philly is not really a Philly cheesesteak it's not the best in the world. No peppers or the flavor was blah. The wings were not wings it's basically a big chicken round nugget. The marinara sauce was more spicy sauce. The iced tea was hot and melted the ice. I took my residents out for lunch, but it wasn't a do over. They're imitation of Philly, not the real thing.

Pretty sad, went there 4/1/2024, 7:24 pm doors locked ,couldn’t get in , lights all on but doors locked, according to posted hours on door should of been open, no sign saying closed or anything! Oh well will not make that mistake again, found an awesome place to eat almost next door and were OPEN, at 7:24 on a Monday evening,
