We came in for dinner tonight and it was our first experience at Longhorn. Our server was Jen Browne. We found her to be very knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous. We had many questions about the menu and she was able to explain everything to us and made ordering so much easier. She came back to the table many times to ask if we needed anything and if everything was cooked to our liking. In all our dining experiences we have never met a server who took the time to make our evening so prefect. Jen Browne is definitely an asset to the longhorn family !!

I ordered three orders, two to eat there, and one to take away, in all three I had problems, in the first they changed the broccoli, in the second they never brought the Caesar salad and in the third, which is the one that bothers me the most, they changed the delicious one potato soup that they sell there by mashed potatoes, and it's what bothers the most, because I checked it when I got home, when I went to give it to my son...

Had the filet mignon. It was red, not pink, and very tough. It was pretty grainy and could not chew some of it. The bread did not make it to the table the first time, it apparently had fallen to the floor. The salad contained no iceberg lettuce. It consisted of unknown to us, leaves. Really very disappointed.

Service was great our server was amazing very kind but the food was brought to our table cold extremely salty when asked what the problem with the food was we told the server and she promptly had to manage her come try to correct the problem then we all know what happens when you send your food back to the kitchen to get it warmed up so we took it home and warmed it ourselves but still very salty steak was like eating my work boot very disappointed in Longhorn

my friend and i got here an hour before close which we felt bad about we got sat in Doug’s section and he was just an amazing server and so unbelievably sweet for being his last table of the night and wasn’t rude or anything about it that man deserves a raise
