Slow and expensive. Waited at least 20 minutes in the drive thru line. Person taking order rushed through everything. We have our app code and suddenly she’s telling us the total...didn’t even ask what options we wanted as offered on the code. Prices at this location are higher than other locations. Will be passing this one by and just waiting for Panama City.
Service has been an issue here for a couple of years.It's an independent franchise and they must want the money badly to keep ignoring the reviews and not doing anything to improve the service.The food is fine, but the delays in ordering and receiving food are ridiculous. The employees are no longer apologetic or think of the inconvenience to the customers.The owners should take action and close the dining room or the drive through.
