No service do it yourself kiosk style. Food was cold and tacos weren't wrapped secure and fell out in my bag. Not sure what happened but it wasn't good at all.

Don't understand the negative reviews. After visiting several locations in 3 or 4 states I swore off of Taco Bell but for some unknown reason thought I'd try the one in St. Joe. To my surprise I found the food to be really good (the chicken soft Tacos were great) and the service was quick and professional. Definitely a go back when next in town.

No one in the store no one in the drive thru we are the only customers here and waited 10 mins for food made us pull around and park in front like always so corporate doesn’t know how slow they really are… The employees was nice food was hot though.

The guy taking my order was super friendly and efficient.. however I ordered 4 chicken soft taco Supreme.. If you took everything out of all 4 tacos and put it in one .. you still wouldnt have one taco.. thats now happened the last 3 times I went.. I will not be going back ..

The food is never cooked thoroughly. It is room temperature at best. They constantly forget to at least give me a sauce, even though I specifically and clearly stated fire sauce. This has been happening several visits of me purchasing anything at this specific location and their service is hot garbage and I encourage anyone to avoid this place at all cost. You can get better service quite literally anywhere else expect this location in Port St Joe, FL. Worst service I’ve ever had.

This was the best Taco Bell experience any of us have ever had! The service was great! Food was top tier for t-bell and the entire staff was awesome! E-40 certainly goes above and beyond for his customers, as did the manager. Everybody’s got choices, and you should choose to visit this

The taco bell in port saint joe was on it tonight. There was only 3 people working and they rocked it. We had a whole volleyball team show up after a game. All ordered were right and it didn't take them forever. Food was hot and fresh.
