DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! Paid extra when ordered online so the order would be ready when I got there. They didn’t start the order until I arrived and still charged me extra. Come to find out the online ordering doesn’t alert them there’s an order. Not employees fault, they were very understanding and apologetic, this business owner needs to do better if this is the case!
Server was in a bad mood. Display case was totally empty. He said "we have bagels".Pack of cigarettes on the counter by the checkout.Friends/family(?) Hanging out at front counter, staff carried on conversations.Food was very good, atmosphere was not welcoming.

I LOVE the food here. I've come multiple times. Never had an issue big enough to make me not want to come back. Today we arrived and there was a group of younger people, probably about 8 of them. They were in line ordering before us. A gentleman was standing off to the side. Once we got to the counter the gentleman said that he was waiting on an order and didn't understand why the younger groups orders were coming out first.
