Bagel 13 is just perfect . I went in after a rough morning and this place turned my day around. The service was outstanding, the food was just perfectly made, and i had the pleasure of chatting with the manager and she was so helpful and polite, she made my day. Keep up the great work guys!!!! So i went back to try Bagel 13 in Port St John because i was in a hurry. The first visit about two months ago was sad. The employees were sitting at a table either on the phone or playing on their phones, and took one of them about 5 minutes to realize we were even there. The food was subpar, and they claimed they were out of eggs..... Ok... Everything was just a pain that time . They must have sold it or got a manager that knows how to work because this time i was greeted as i walked in, service was excellent, it was clean, and everything went perfectly. Good food, good service, and i will definitely be back!!

Went to this location on two separate days and had a well below average experience. The individual at the couter needed me to repeat my order five or six times during both visits and still got portions of the order incorrect. The bagels are okay but have very few options because they are consistently out of everything they advertise. Do not waste your money on the drinks/coffee's at this establishment either. I should also note that there was long black hair in my food BOTH TIMES! I'm all for supporting local buisness', but you've got to give us something to support. Change the way you advertise your 'available' bagel options, rework your drinks, and WEAR A HAIRNET!!!

Upon walking in you were not greeted because every employee was busy watching movies on their phones very obviously SUPER DISTURBED by every customer who unfortunately came inside. I thought all the bagels came plain but mine had so much cream cheese on it I could barely eat it. My eggel bagel was so sad, the egg was barely on the sandwich and there was only one thin slice of Turkey. I will never spend a dollar here again!!

I’m standing there waiting for my food and a gentleman from door dash was there to pick up and order. They tell this man they have no ice so they can’t make the smoothie for the order. The door dash guy not wanting to loose his order told them to give him money and he would go get them ice. Shame to the restaurant for not having ice and applauses to the door dash guy for taking care of his customers. You can’t tell me Bagel 13 didn’t know in advance that they didn’t have ice.This restaurant has really gone down , menus not working, some days their open some days their close.

I LOVE the food here. I've come multiple times. Never had an issue big enough to make me not want to come back. Today we arrived and there was a group of younger people, probably about 8 of them. They were in line ordering before us. A gentleman was standing off to the side. Once we got to the counter the gentleman said that he was waiting on an order and didn't understand why the younger groups orders were coming out first. The lady helping grabbed someone from the back, wearing a greatful dead shirt, and this is when the real problems began. The guy seemed to handle the transaction to the beat of his ability but mentioned passive aggressively that "I USED to be the manager". After he got refunded and left, the greatfull dead guy started berating the woman about how she needs to help the customers better and what she was doing was wrong. We could hear him in the back groaning and complaining about what time it was, when he would be able to take a break and literally just loudly groaning. A father and son came in at one point and the child coughed, and you could hear the guy angrily complain that "a sick child just coughed all over and I just got over being sick". He complained the entire time, but would put on some fake face at the counter like we couldn't hear him two seconds ago. He made the entire atmosphere very uncomfortable and like we shouldn't have been there. The woman working seemed perfectly fine and just trying to do her best.It seems he needs a HUGE attitude adjustment or just to find a job where he doesn't deal in customer service. I love this place and the food and would hate to see an impact on your customer base because of this angry man running the store.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! Paid extra when ordered online so the order would be ready when I got there. They didn’t start the order until I arrived and still charged me extra. Come to find out the online ordering doesn’t alert them there’s an order. Not employees fault, they were very understanding and apologetic, this business owner needs to do better if this is the case!

Food was awfulThe scallion cream cheese ,was plan cream cheese with chunks of cut scallions sprinkled on topI don't know what the everything beagle was but it wasn't an everything beagle.The Frapp was like water with nothing frozen.
