I have always had a good experience coming to this DQ but ever since the pandemic They apparently can't seem to find good people to work. The drive through has been terribly slow and customer service is horrible. I downloaded the app and asked if they scan it at the drive through window but because they already rung the order up, the girl just shook her head no. No explanation or a anything. That is my last time there!
I cannot begin to tell you how friendly they are here! Of course the ice cream was delicious. ?We stopped for a bite to eat at Jersey Mike's and saw the dairy Queen/Orange Julius in this same plaza so we stopped and we are so glad we did. Again the people were extremely friendly and we will be revisiting soon ✌️

Good ice cream. Had one bad experience where my wife and me ordered through the drive thru and she received something she didn't like the way it was made. So we went back through the drive thru, spoke to a guy who said he was the manager, who refused to credit my wife. He said you can order a different ice cream, but no refunds, you pay for both, even the one she just purchase but didn't like.
