First lobby not opened. Then after driving 20 minutes they tell us they can’t make a shake or malt. What is wrong with these places. That they are open but can’t service the customers. What a waste of tax and time.

5 Times i’ve been at this dairy queen. As soon as a blizzard comes out of the drive thru window into my car it’s melted as could be. To the point where it’s water ice cream. I get the caramel fudge cheesecake blizzard and recently they gave me only 3 pieces of fudge and one cheescake bite. Gave them another chance and actually asked for extra pieces of fudge and cheesecake and go NO fudge and only 2 pieces of cheesecake. They must be high in there because I had to repeat 1 item i wanted 5 TIMES!!

Good ice cream. Had one bad experience where my wife and me ordered through the drive thru and she received something she didn't like the way it was made. So we went back through the drive thru, spoke to a guy who said he was the manager, who refused to credit my wife. He said you can order a different ice cream, but no refunds, you pay for both, even the one she just purchase but didn't like. We were certainly not pleased with this management decision, as we are local residents and come here a few times a month. But, we paid for another ice cream, and gave them the other item we just purchased to discard. We thought a credit would be given, but was not. I guess if you buy it, it's yours, no refunds, no credit towards anything. Make sure your order is ok when you drive thru. Or go before 9pm when the lobby is open if you ever have an issue with an order

Prices for Blizzards are getting ridiculous. You can buy a half gallon of ice cream in a grocery store for the cost of one. Cakes are way better than Carvel.

I have always had a good experience coming to this DQ but ever since the pandemic They apparently can't seem to find good people to work. The drive through has been terribly slow and customer service is horrible. I downloaded the app and asked if they scan it at the drive through window but because they already rung the order up, the girl just shook her head no. No explanation or a anything. That is my last time there!

There are a few employees in this store, however they greet you in a very personable way. I love Dairy Queen cupcakes and I am there once a week to pick them up

I cannot begin to tell you how friendly they are here! Of course the ice cream was delicious. ?We stopped for a bite to eat at Jersey Mike's and saw the dairy Queen/Orange Julius in this same plaza so we stopped and we are so glad we did. Again the people were extremely friendly and we will be revisiting soon ✌️

The owner treat’s employees wrong cuts pay and also have rats and fails on inspections how are they even still open owner had to sell other Dairy Queen’s due to not making money because of the same issues owner should be ashamed

Horrible experience. Ordered a cake on Saturday for my brother and mom’s birthday. I ordered a Reese’s blizzard cake and when I went to pick it up it looked off so I asked a lady working in the back who wasn’t dressed in a uniform (the owner maybe) if the cake was Reese’s and she told me yes, she lied. It was an Oreo cake that I received so I went and told another woman who was working there that it was the wrong cake. She said that they made the wrong cake and didn’t have any more of the Reese’s cakes available and that she would be able to make me one and to come back in an hour, so I did. The cake I received again was not the cake I ordered but being that today is their birthdays, I had no choice but to take it. Very disappointed and extremely inconvenient. Will not return again. The photos provided show the cake I ordered and the cake I received.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.We’ve given this DQ 4 chances, and all of those 4 times they have made my blizzard wrong.At this point, I feel like it’s intentional.The one thing they can’t seem to get right is to make a blizzard with chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla. When you order through the food apps, it also doesn’t give you the option to choose. When you go in person, they still get it wrong.I don’t know if they need re-training or what, but when I worked at a Dairy Queen, we were told the second question you ask when someone wants a blizzard is with vanilla, chocolate or twist, after asking what size.I don’t recommend going here unless you don’t mind your order always being incorrect

This location has no consistent hours. The Google page will say it’s closed at 10pm, and there have been times we show up at 8:45/9pm and it’s closed. Workers sitting inside eating.They are constantly sold Out of items, the employees have no customer service. Not sure who runs it but seems like kids running kids.
