I've been getting jerk chicken and oxtails from Jerk City for over 25 years. The owner, Jimmy, has been the chef for all that time. The food is nothing short of outstanding, and consistent over the years. The best jerk in the area. Congratulations and thank you Jimmy and staff for maintaining your excellent food, consistently, for so many years.
I stopped in to grab a snack from here. I got a coco bread and two fish cakes. Both were hot, but the fish cakes had too much oil for my liking. It needed to be on some napkin to drain after frying. The flavor was good and had a little pepper to it, which I liked. The coco bread was perfect. I usually stop in and get the same thing every time right before I get my nails done next door.
