I drive 30 minutes to get here every time I'm craving Jamaican food it's the best around every dish is delicious especially the oxtails and beef patties.

There's alot of mixed reviews for this Jamaican spot so I back and forth about where to find a good location on our road trip. It has some good pics so I jumped the gun here. I would say the food is decent and felt hearty like I was eating home cooking. I enjoyed the steamed cabbage with rice and peas very much. The jerk chicken was surprising not that spicy to me, a pretty mild kick. The sweet plaintains mixed perfect with the plate. My Hubs and I shared a large plate for 2 dollars extra you can mix two different meats so he got the curry goat. I tasted a bite and reminded me a lot of meat stew. I'm only giving 3 stars because I was hoping for a higher spice in the chicken (not that it was bad) just ny tolerance must have went up or maybe it's something you need to request. Anyway, that's my fair review.

Their food doesn't taste good at all. I tried them a few times thinking perhaps it was a bad day in the kitchen. It just seems their chef just doesn't have the right touch. As a Jamaican, I was highly displeased.

Was looking for some Jamaican food in PSL, came across this place and decided to try it. The place itself is ok there's room for dining in and of course they offer take out. The store also sells other snacks along with food. The food: Jerk chicken: the chicken itself was good however the rice and plantain was on the harder side The curry goat: while the rice was the same the veggies were also off and the goat itself while the meat was well cooked it was over spiced of what tasted like turmeric We didn't finish the food and would likely not visit again
I've been getting jerk chicken and oxtails from Jerk City for over 25 years. The owner, Jimmy, has been the chef for all that time. The food is nothing short of outstanding, and consistent over the years. The best jerk in the area. Congratulations and thank you Jimmy and staff for maintaining your excellent food, consistently, for so many years.

Now I know why I stopped going here. Lady behind counter was rude. No thank you or welcome. Grabs the money from you. On top of all that the Chicken was pink it was ready 2 fly out of the container. Iam definitely not going back or telling anyone bout this place except check the Chicken. Don't want you 2 get sick.
