Came home, opened my food to see a cockroach sitting in my fries, I threw the bag in disgust & shock which explains why there are fries everywhere. The roach infestation must be pretty bad considering they are being sent home with customers. This is disgusting, tried calling but their phone isnt in service of course, this was bought within the last 30 minutes aswell.

I ordered a number one large, and once I received my drink I was told to park in a spot. All spots were full so I parked next to another person waiting for his food in the Walgreens parking lot.And to add, once I received my order it was wrong!!I ate the wrong order and drive thru spots 1,2,3 and part of Walgreens was still full with different cars.4/3/24 at around 6:20pm

The low star rating is because I went in for dinner after work and I asked the lady if she could place a special order which was I want a quarter pounder but without ketchup mayonnaise or mustard and substitute for Big Mac sauce they said not a problem we'll take care of you got all my food got to the car and my food was ice cold it felt like it's been sitting there for hours I also asked for the new sauce that they came out with which was the sweet chili sauce they said that they don't have it because it's an old item I don't understand how it's an old item when they just came out with it won't be going back to this McDonald's
Drive thru. It wasn't very busy and my food was made right, but bun was dry and cheese was really cold. It wasn't hot enough to warm it. Nuggets were good tho. But probably won't stop there anytime soon.

Employees blatantly ignore you on even though they are still open. It takes someone walking back behind the counter in order to get their attention and just to get someone to refill your drink. I will not be coming back.

One of the busiest McDonald's I've been to. That being said, I never have to wait long and the food is fresh. The employees are friendly. My orders are always correct, and the only problem I've had is occasionally stale fries.
