The drive thru is ridiculous, be prepared to spend 30 plus minutes in the drive through and thats with only 3 people in front of you. Then the cobb salad was not all the way freah alot of browning on the lettuce so disappointing. Corporate needs to start doing suprised pop ups to see what's really going on

The atmosphere is really nice. They could put a BBQ in here and would look perfect!The lady that took our order was extremely friendly. It wasn't forced it was just her nature. She needs a raise! And no I don't know her ?The food. Ahhh the food...Full disclosure; my wife lives Zaxby's! I don't care for it but she goes to my places etc...The food tastes like it's been frozen and re-frozen then cooked. I don't get it but that's okay but I have to critique what it is that I like right?Anyway, very pleasant place to have lunch.

I ordered twice from this place in Port St. Lucie both experiences were terrible. The first time which I think was 3 weeks ago I orders wings I forget how much but they shorted me and didn't give the amount I paid for. And both times I ordered the chicken finger meal with the fries and bread, both times they were the absolute worst chicken fingers I have ever had. I felt like it was actually a workout to have to bite a piece off the chicken finger is was hard and overcooked both times and tasted terrible.

I just got a chicken sandwich meal to-go at Zaxby's on 3025 SW Port St Lucie Blvd. After I got it home and unwrapped the sandwich, it looked pathetic. It looked and smelled like it had been left in the fryer about 10 minutes too long. Hungry, I tried to eat it anyway. Took two bites and threw in the trash. Hands down the worst chicken sandwich I ever put in my mouth. I will never ever ever spend my hard earned money there again. I would highly suggest you do the same.
Very slow. Unprofessional staff. Was told there was no bacon AFTER I paid for the club sandwich. Won’t be going back.
