After multiple visits requesting a plain burger with extra cheese, I NEVER get extra cheese. I haven’t determined if it’s the staff or the system but I really believe it’s the order screen. When I order online (mobile order) it says extra cheese “2 slices” $1.00My frustration is paying extra to receive the same.Also when I do order extra cheese my burger is never warm.I’ve went back in a few times for this but honestly after so many times I just give up.Service is always amazing, they’re kind and fast. I’ve never went inside so I can’t say the atmosphere. I’m giving 5 because the drive thru is always kind and pleasant.
There really ate some ignorant MFers working here. 30 minutes sitting in the drive thru, messed up a PLAIN cheeseburger. P.L.A.I.N. means nothing on it. Not extra ketchup and mustard. You want $15.00 an hour.... go back to school, learn to ready, and use this place as a learning experience.

More training is needed on making the sandwitches. I got the shroom melt, for $9.58+ tax, where the bread is supposed to be TOASTED and the cheese MELTED. What a disappointment!! The Bread was NOT toasted, cheese was COLD not melted, fries were hot and good...and drink. The Double cheeseburger was cold! Its not the 1st or 2nd time I've had problems with this Burger king. Now...I think the complaint is necessary to say something. I won't be buying any meals at Burger King anymore. The only two things I can honestly say were good, was the hot fries and the friendliness of the cashier and order taker.
