After multiple visits requesting a plain burger with extra cheese, I NEVER get extra cheese. I haven’t determined if it’s the staff or the system but I really believe it’s the order screen. More training is needed on making the sandwitches. I got the shroom melt, for $9.58+ tax, where the bread is supposed to be TOASTED and the cheese MELTED. What a disappointment!! The Bread was NOT toasted, cheese was COLD not melted, fries were hot and good...and drink. The Double cheeseburger was cold! Its not the 1st or 2nd time I've had problems with this Burger king.
