Our meal started with a Texas Tonion that was over fried. We didn't send it back and maybe that was our mistake but it was not very good. The steaks were good as well as the potatoes but presentation was certainly lacking. The steaks on the plates were swimming in butter.

This location is consistently good and focused on the customer. The management team is engaged and helpful which I think contributes to smooth running. The atmosphere isn’t anything overly exciting but it is clean and they pay attention to keeping fixtures dust free and clear of debris. Very in my opinion to contribute to overall customer experience.

Let me start of with saying this review may be a one off, but it needed to said. I went to Longhorns for my birthday with my family. I may have jinxed myself by telling my son that it was one of my favorite restaurants. I ordered the pork chops and they did not taste good at all. First they came out cold...not luke warm...cold. I love my food HOT so that killed it from there. I usually don't complain at all about my food at restaurants whether good or bad but it was my birthday and I wanted a good dish.I told the waiter, who was excellent by the way, and he took my food and my son's burger..which was also cold back and they warmed them. My food came out tough and I couldn't eat it. Needless to say, I didn't pick another dish and left hungry. My family didn't enjoy their food either but I hate complaining so they just ate and we left. My service was excellent though...I think the servers name was Rick.

Hands down worst experience dinning. Had a reservation for a party of 7 adults and 3 children. We were forced to wait 30 minutes even though we made reservations. Once seated and orders were taken had to wait an additional hour and 30 minutes more. We had our 90 year old father in law 2 small children who have school and a 4 month old. Food came out under cooked and service was not good. Talked to the manager and he offered 1 free dessert to a party of 10 people. Unexceptional service. If we were told up front the wait time we would have left. It’s now 8 pm we have to rush home and get 2 kids ready for school. We will not be returning.

Me and my girlfriend came from church went to longhorn for lunch. Met a waiter by the name of Carlos which is an awesome guy. First of all I've ever been. I've heard rumors that it's over pricey for their food and bad quality and the service is terrible. I'm gonna have to say that is all a lie. Amazing service home warming. Atmosphere.And the pricing was excellent. But all I'm saying is try it for yourself. You'll see, it's amazing family orientation all around place. And once again, Carlos, you're a good guy. Thank you for your service.

Steak and chicken entrees were overly seasoned. Felt like eating meat soaked in salt for several hours. Steak and chicken cook was great. We loved our mushroom appetizer. Service and ambience was nice.
