I've always been a fan of Pizza Hut, however called in today to place an order as I was having technical issues with the app. The lady who answer the phone, Crystal, made the experience very pleasant and simple. She was very helpful, patient, and provided excellent customer service. Like I mentioned, typically I place orders through the app, but for some reason there was glitches today. Excellent job, Crystal! Well done!
Worst location ever! I ordered 2 large pizza’s one with cheese stuffed crust and the other just a plain large cheese pie. I also ordered bread sticks and chicken.When I received my order, the breadsticks were raw, the insides were WET and sticky. The chicken was gooey and freezing cold. Both pizza’s were completely raw, and the bread tasted old.When I called into the store the female who answered was very nasty, when asking for a manager she said to me well you’re just going to have to wait. When I asked how long she disconnected the phone on me. I called from my fiancé’s phone and the same female answered, once she heard my voice she disconnected again. When I FINALLY spoke with a manager, he told me “no worry I’ll speak with her”.IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB, JUST QUIT. IT’S NOT FAIR TO THE PAYING CUSTOMER.

Last time I ordered and our pizza was delivered.The pizza was not cooked. It was still raw . I left a review and received an email. Advising me that I would have a thirty dollar credit at the store and all I need to do was give them my phone number but since it was a store credit I had to place the order with the store and pick it up.Tonight I went to use the store credit.That I was promised and told that it's not on file and that they would not honor it even with the email. We will no longer order from this location.

This location has the worst customer service. We ordered a pizza online and it was 50 minutes past the delivery time. You can't get a hold of anyone at the location. When they pick up the phone they hang it up on you. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone!!

I have a broken ankle so I sent my sister here to pick up my order when I received my order I was unhappy ?… in my instructions I specifically put extra extra sauce it was absolutely no sauce on my pizza. Who wants a pizza with no sauce what’s a pizza WITH NO SAUCE?! I am highly upset pizza is one of my favorite foods and I am passionate about my food! My mom said the pizza taste like paper. Ugh

Never had an issue with my orders. Last time we ordered for delivery they forgot my breadsticks and the delivery guy returned to bring it to us. Totally unexpected of them but we were grateful. The staff has been nice.

Had to go in, after it started raining and after waiting 30 min to receive my order that was done and in the warmer. Even gave an extra tip for the curb side pick up. No sorry, nothing. Soggy pizza, yummy.
