“A wonderful experience enhanced by Zoey who was an outstanding frontline ambassador for expected service and care. I ventured away from my usual Thai Bowl and tried the Big Italy with crispy chicken and spaghetti squash. Dang…was it good! Portions were sufficient, well-prepared and proudly served. This selection might just become my favorite at Cali’s. Granted, the staff consists of young adults who are, in the least, committed to going to work to earn their pay. Their attitude is encouraging. Some of the comments posted may not be fair. One has to allow opportunity for on-the-spot redress of an actual or perceived wrong (the menu is self-explanatory or can be clarified by simply asking). “I really don’t understand how they have bad reviews. I have ordered 4 times for pick up from this location… my pizza is always correct & fresh, & the customer service is always great. Pizza is made fast & the employees always come to the window with a smile on their faces. We are a family of 7 and their deals really make it easy for us to get pizza for our family.“

“I order from this location only. Tonight as I was waiting for my pizza I observed the young man putting the peppers in the pizza boxes. He had no gloves on and kept putting his hands on his face and hair and also putting them in his pockets. I asked to speak to a manager and of course he was busy. They sent this young man over to talk with me who I had this issue with. He told me his hands were clean. He must not realize he needs to keep his hands off his person and out of his pockets to remain clean. Especially if he’s touching food people potentially eat with no gloves on.“
