Last evening I ordered pizza, although Annette was unfriendly and welcoming I decided to give it a try because of the hour. The pizza had no flavor and was too much dough. I informed her of my unhappiness her immediate response was you have to come back tomorrow when the manager is here. As I began to walk away she says I can make you another one or put it back in the oven. Sad to say I've received extremely poor service at this Subway numerous times and only keep good because it's the only location convenient to the beaches on Singer Island and I always hope there's new staff/management but unfortunately the same horrendous staff still work there. Today I walked in to the 2 women (elderly white woman and Indian woman) both who did not offer a greeting and waited to see which one of them "had" to come up and take my order. Mary was very rude she denied my pregnant girlfriend a cup of water but filled up her jug with iced tea and gave attitude while making subs, absolutely horrific service. They also don't have bags here for the customers.
