“I am a frequent flyer at this Dunkin and the staff has always been very prompt with not only my order, but everyone else in front of me in the drive-thru line.Although, lately I have been disappointed with the simple fact that when I order any breakfast sandwich and anything edible, they always FAIL TO PUT A NAPKIN into the bag! I should not have to ASK to have a napkin or 2 placed into my bag, especially when ordering food!Please DUNKIN' EMPLOYEES, place a NAPKIN OR 2 into the bag before you hand it off to your paying customers in the drive-thru.They would have received 5 stars from me if napkins were present!“
“I don't usually visit this place, but I had a gift card, and I wanted to express how wonderful the woman behind the glass at the Dunkn on Royal Palm Beach Blvd. was! Her name was Sue, and she went above and beyond on her own to check and tape my second gift card so I would know which to use first. She also helped me make my last menu choice. I work as a credit card processor, so I interact with business owners all day, every day. I am aware that it is workers like Sue who determine whether a company succeeds or fails.“
