“We went to this place to celebrate my grandpa’s birthday, it was our first time in Clearwater and everything was just perfect. Service was great, we got drinks and coffee. We try the Garlic Knots with marinara sauce and the garlic bread with cheese. A chicken bacon ranch and a prosciutto crudo of 16” pizza great size to share. For dessert we try tiramisu and it was amazing! Coffee is 100% recommended, creamy and consistency every time! I ordered two coffees. My family had a great time, I would definitely come back! “Even though Ellies has great food, great servers and othe help except Pam who was a different story the first time she was our server. She was pretty miserable and I noticed the busers were doing pretty much all of her work. She just took our order. Busers brought menus, silverware, drinks and even did our refills. One of the other servers on the floor brought us our food. We chalked it up to she was having a bad day and even though I wanted to tip the busers, we did tip Pam! Today we got her again and from what we could tell, nothing had changed! Our opinion, if you don't enjoy working with the public, hit the road before you start causing Ellies to lose customers. The atmosphere is always very nice and the servers are pleasant. I got the French Toast Sampler. I guess I should have asked more questions, but I just went with the name on the menu. This French Toast is really a Pain Perdu. Several layers of bread are squished together and soaked. The middle is, inevitably, soggy and mushy. Obviously, some people like this presentation—I do not. The Applewood bacon was meh (I wish they had some other meat options) and the eggs were eggs. Maybe I’ll give them a try again—for old time’s sake.“

“I always like visiting Jason's Deli locations when I am near. I ordered a turkey sandwich with mozzarella on GF bread. Due to Celiac disease, the GF bread is a must and not an option. When they brought out my sandwich, I saw that it had been toasted. As someone very sensitive to cross-contamination, I did send it back and ask for it not to be toasted for dietary purposes. We were seated right away by a lovely hostess. We ordered Thai tea with the request to substitute coconut cream for the dairy cream(lactose intolerant), they had no problem with our request and it was so good! We also ordered the veggie sushi roll and pineapple curry. The sushi roll was quite large and very good. I had the pineapple curry with vegetables and my daughter had the same except with pork. Both were excellent and came with a small bowl of soup and a generous serving of jasmine rice! The portions were so large that we had to get to-go containers. The tortilla to meat ratio is good. I don't feel they held back on meat like a lot of Mexican restaurants do. They definitely filled it up really nice. All were juicy and delicious except for the carnitas which were super fatty and greasy. The tortillas also tasted great. The ambiance had a Mexican style feel to it. “A big group of us forgot to call ahead and bombarded the place with 12+ orders. The owner was very welcoming when she could have told us she could not do that big of an order. She told us she would have it out in 45min and had it to us in less than 30. She also knew all her regulars by name and order. “Was staying at a hotel nearby and stumbled across this place. They have burgers, chicken tenders and milkshakes. I had the three piece chicken tender meal and my fiancé had the burger. It was on the pricey side but I was expecting that since we were by the beach. What I did not expect was the size of the chicken tenders, they were very small and for the price I was expecting larger. The food itself was good and came out quickly. They also had a variety of unique sauces like Old Bay Mayo, Honey Siracha etc.“
