“Had lunch here Friday with my family & it was phenomenal! Every single one of us enjoyed our meal. I had the tuna salad, great flavoring, just the right amount of mayo-a perfect sandwich! My daughter had a sandwich with cheese just oozing out of it and my friend had the club sandwich, which was stacked high with meat. The cherry cheesecake was to die for, and the Oreo cookie was so large, they wound up splitting it! Highly, highly recommend this small deli for a fabulous tasting meal!“
“We love the menu variety here. If you want something healthier, there are plenty of options. There are also classic breakfast and comfort foods and all are delicious. The service was great as well with friendly and attentive staff. We only ever go for breakfast and my go-to order is either the salmon frittata or the pesto chicken quinoa bowl.“

They have a variety of sweet treats for the dessert crowd as well as some beautifully designed sandwiches and pastries for the savory minded. “I've been coming to this place for many years and the food is beyond belief and traditional Mediterranean. My husband and I have been here many times for dates before we were engaged. We've never, ever had a bad experience the owner and staff are extremely kind. It's right near the train tracks on the end of Sunbeam.Vegetarian options: Most of the menu has vegetarian options except obviously for the dishes with steak or lamb.Parking: It's in a small business complex with plenty of parking.“
“Went with a group for a birthday lunch. Overall good experience for a party of 8. Couple things were a little off like avocado toast having a whole avocado just dumped on top with nothing else. I guess it could have gone the other way, barely any avocado, but this was just ugly. The fruit cup sides were sad. It was a couple grapes, a few blueberries, and pieces of translucent honey dew melon. Don't nobody want that. Everyone, including myself, seemed pleased with everything else though. First Watch is still one of my fav brunch spots.“

However, I got soup and sunrise fresh juice and sandwich, and my husband had salmon frittatta, bacon, and brunch cocktail Everything was fresh, even if it was brought in a couple of minutes. And delicious! And healthy! Huge variety of breakfast options: eggs, omelets, pancakes, oatmeal, bowls, baked maffins, sandwiches, etc. Fresh signature juices. The cafe is clean, friendly staff, and i like the design. There is plenty of parking around. And seating outside is available. It's usually busy, therefore loud.“
“i must have passed by this industrial strip a million times on my way from Nocatee to 210/I95, and i never knew that there was an eatery in what looks like an industrial, car mechanic strip.This is truly a family owned vibe place that you would find in the heart of NYC or Chicago. mom is cooking while daughters and cousins wait and bus the tables. you can tell how good the food is by how incredibly packed this place is for breakfast/brunch on a Monday morning.Corned beef hash was cooked to perfection as i asked for it - extra crispy, along with the hash browns. everything was priced perfect at a steal.my only criticism (and the last star) would be for the pancake. ok, i'm a pancake snob, so sue me. i'm used to pancakes being uber fluffy with air - just a different preference comparing to Original Pancake House, or NYC. other than that, i found a new favorite breakfast place in town.“
