Guests have praised the hotel's spacious and gorgeous rooms, with up-to-date entertainment and air temperature control. The bathrooms are described as majestic, although some rooms may lack a microwave or freezer. The hotel's proximity to additional restaurants, bars, and shopping centers, as well as the beach, makes it a highly walkable destination. The on-site bar and restaurants add to the convenience, and the overall aesthetics of the hotel are beautifully crafted. While there were some issues with reserved boat slips, the attentive General Manager, Gilbert Bolivar, and a helpful supervisor, David Keys, were able to resolve the situation. The food at the hotel's restaurant is praised, with excellent desserts.
