Do not use the mobile app to order ahead. They prioritize walk-in customers and drive thru customers and put mobile orders aside. I placed my order a couple of minutes before arriving, and when I pulled into the parking lot, there was no one in the drive-thru or inside. My partner and I come to this location weekly. We love it! We always receive our correct order and even if they are busy we have a good experience. We especially love seeing Carlos who is always so cheery and honestly makes our morning.
St. Pete, FL Location !! Store # 354867I came in from out of town and stopped into your location and your kind employee Shay ( Shauntel ) helped me with my order at the counter. I was already stressed out from driving over that bridge lol she was patiently waiting on me trying to decide what beverage I wanted and my donut choice.
