Just shut this location down already. No one in there wants to work. I watch the managers struggle to get the place to work but all they have are a bunch of lazy employees with attitudes who don’t want to do the job that they signed up for.

Do not use the mobile app to order ahead. They prioritize walk-in customers and drive thru customers and put mobile orders aside. I placed my order a couple of minutes before arriving, and when I pulled into the parking lot, there was no one in the drive-thru or inside. As I was walking up, several people had entered, and also a couple cars pulled into the drive-thru. Everyone else got served, and then finally my coffee was served, but no wrap. She looked at the order again and just started to make it after me waiting for 15 minutes!

My partner and I come to this location weekly. We love it! We always receive our correct order and even if they are busy we have a good experience. We especially love seeing Carlos who is always so cheery and honestly makes our morning.

You need a smart car to get through this tiny drive through.. or bicycle whatever. Seems other drivers hit the little wall barriers. Drive through woman rude also tbh.

After placing my order through the drive thru and paying they told me to wait in the parking lot and someone will bring out the food, after 10 min I go inside to find out they gave my order to someone else and mine is being remade, so I go back to the car and wait, after another 20 min I go back inside to find out my order was on the table for inside order pickup. Nor was I informed of the delay and why didn’t anybody bring out the order? I wasn’t even rewarded for their mistake, I am not asking for much but 30 min wait for a wake up wrap is unacceptable. When I asked for a refund they said your food is ready and didn’t see any problem.

St. Pete, FL Location !! Store # 354867I came in from out of town and stopped into your location and your kind employee Shay ( Shauntel ) helped me with my order at the counter. I was already stressed out from driving over that bridge lol she was patiently waiting on me trying to decide what beverage I wanted and my donut choice. She was so personable and helpful and understood how I was feeling. What an awesome employee you have with her to make a stranger feel at home! I am a simple man, occasionally I want to go somewhere to get a nice quick breakfast to reward myself for my hard work. Today I go and get my breakfast thinking it’s all there and then I go all the way home on my bicycle, just to see that the hashbrowns I ordered are not in the bag. It’s the little things that make me upset. I know it’s $1.50 but I work hard for every little penny so it’s a big deal to me. People these days don’t care, in fact nobody cares, so I have no idea why I wrote this review that will do absolutely nothing. I will never eat here again.

I went through the drive thru and asked for my latte to be made without sugar just in case if they do make it with because I wasn't sure. The employee very rudely said lattes don't have sugar. Then when we got to the window we heard an employee say "we're getting all kinds today".
