“If you love excellent and fresh sushi, and your main concern is not ambience, this place is for you. They have such a variety of sushi selection and boba tea that it took me a while to go over the menu to decide what to order.The only thing I would change is the service hours. If a business is listed open until 8 pm, customers are expected to be served at least until 15-30 minutes before the closing time.You can still order take out, but you will not be served in the restaurant. I can see why it has caused frustration for some.Overall I totally recommend this authentic sushi place. Just be there early, before 7 pm, or order a take out.“
“I used to come to this sushi restaurant often many years ago, but I'm sad to say I haven't been here in a hot minute with all the new sushi places opening :(. Thankfully, my niece was craving sushi and picked Ichiban so I was excited to try them out after all these years. They are currently only open for take out. We placed our order in by phone and picked up shortly after. Updated menu is online. We ordered the SHRIMP VOLCANO, GATOR ROLL, and TUNA TORNADO. My niece is normally a volcano lover, but this time she fell in love with the GATOR ROLL. It was saucy and generously covered with krab sticks. We will definitely be ordering that roll again. The other rolls were also good -- rolled tightly and just the right amount of rice. I also ordered tuna nigiri and was happy that it was good quality and fresh tasting. Will have to order again to try out some of their newer rolls. Definitely recommend trying them out.“
“This is not the same Rollboto we all came to know and love! The menu is quite similar, if not the same, but the personal interactions are minimized. Like McDonald's, you now order at a kiosk, and pay with a card. The new paint job blends it in with its surroundings, rather than standing out. Food good, atmosphere less.Parking: 1 hour validation available for parking in the adjacent parking garage“

“Umami is always good. Sever’s are always friendly and knowledgeable, and the food is to die for! Don’t go there and get the all you can eat and leave stuff on your plate, though. They will charge full price!But as my server said, do as your mama told you… and clean your plate!! You’ll never worry about paying for what you don’t eat… If you order reasonably!“
“First time visiting and didn't disappoint. I looked up their menu online beforehand and when I arrived I saw their menu was a bit different. But they knew what I wanted and was able to make what I wanted.Portions are reasonable and filling. Service was fast and friendly.“

“I really like this place. It is sitting in a strip mall and it doesn't look like much from the outside however, from the inside it is very nice . The sushi is great. The service is great. However, the only bad drawback is. It is a little loud specially, for someone who is hard of hearing.“
