Very clean & comfortable rooms. Nice bathrooms too. Shuttle buses drive you to Universal Studios & to Disney World. The front desk & hotel staff are very professional & are always there to help with whatever you need.
Katalia help me check in also I always use this hotel when I’m in town for business a great place to stay. The bedroom was awesome and the big tv and nice cold air conditioning. I give this a 10/10 rate

This was a get what you pay for situation. Price is very affordable, and the property is not bad. The staff are efficient, neither welcoming nor unwelcoming. Check in took a bit - as while I saw at least three or four staff bustling around the check in area and coming and going from the back office, only one person was doing check ins. Room was clean, not luxury, but had all the things I needed. Shower/toilet area could use some attention, shower had almost no water pressure....read full review
