Someone wiped poop on a towel and the laundry could not clean the brown off--gross! I was nervous about the beds because I thought they had hella bed bugs, but didn't see any this time I went. The shower pressure was as if Poseidon had struck me from the rusty depths; the drain was rusty, too. The room smelled strongly of disinfectant, which was probably a good thing. They had a nice pool but I was a little scared after that shower When we were leaving, there were also three deputies interrogating some people--don't know what that was about. (Sketchy!) The hotel desk attendant was one of the only good things about this place. The cleaning employees obviously care, but they just don't have a lot to work with. Btw, if you see this review screenshot it because they delete the bad reviews. I'm not one of those people who say they would give 0 stars but dang maybe up the quality for an Orlando hotel. Also I'm not the kind of person to call it a hooker hotel that's a bit disrespectful to hookers. I will say though, the game room, and fitness room is nice. (Probably the best thing at the resort honestly) Also the AC in our room didn't cool, it just blew hot wind in from outside; I woke up in a puddle of sweat and sadness. Good luck!

This motel is literally on the highway. If you are in a room by the hotel the noise is non-stop all night and terrible. Trust me whatever the nightly rate it is not worth no sleep during your stay. Run don't walk to another hotel option.

Had a really bad experience at this hotel Between dirty stained sheets and there resolution to this as well as the extremely loud traffic noise from our room it was by far the worst hotel I have stayed at. I contacted the corporate office and was told they were sorry I had a bad experience and hoped they could make it up my next stay Pretty funny

This was a get what you pay for situation. Price is very affordable, and the property is not bad. The staff are efficient, neither welcoming nor unwelcoming. Check in took a bit - as while I saw at least three or four staff bustling around the check in area and coming and going from the back office, only one person was doing check ins. Room was clean, not luxury, but had all the things I needed. Shower/toilet area could use some attention, shower had almost no water pressure. I only got one soap, so had to share it between the shower and hand washing. Location was okay, it was a long walk to the convention center, but I mostly used the Newt scooters that are everywhere, and that made it about 10-15 minutes to get there, about the same to Lyft or drive and park. Breakfast was included, but it was not good the first day I had it, so I skipped the other two. I think I would stay here again.

Shower and toilet had hair everywhere, toilet had urine stains. Shower head was dirty and the grout in the shower was disgusting. And this was after they told me they just cleaned it.
Very clean & comfortable rooms. Nice bathrooms too. Shuttle buses drive you to Universal Studios & to Disney World. The front desk & hotel staff are very professional & are always there to help with whatever you need.

My stay this year was a bit better as I noticed EMPLOYEES walking around monitoring the POOL area making sure guest were following the POOL RULES. The room was kept up to par with towels and necessities at all times. The Grill area was EXCELLENT as Victoria And Maggi Barrios were so friendly and kind, Each day I walked in for my daily coffee I was GREETED as if they knew me for YEARS. Victoria & Maggi have shown how great of an asset they are to the Avanti Resort as their Customer Service was exceptionally A++

Where do I start I don’t do review normally but don’t want another family ripped off by this greedy hotel if you can call it that . The picture are not what they seem. First the location is good and that’s it. Staff were not helpful when asked questions on Disney or universal they didn’t have a clue. You have to download and app and find out information on how to get there yourself . Rooms were not cleaned, phone not working resulting us to walk far to reception to keep asking for fresh towels and toilet rolls which to be honest are basic needs. . Bed sheets not changed and if you speak to reception the word of the day is , we offer a complimentary clean half way through your stay . Floors dirty, mirrors not cleaned beds not changed . If you want extra clean it’s 30 dollars so as a family of 4 and paying £15, 000 pounds for this holiday you have to pay for extra cleans. When you arrive you have to pay extra tax ant 15.00 dollars a day and a 100 dollar deposit for cleaning if you trash the room mmm. What a joke . Be nice if they actually clean it. If you want drinks and chocolate bring extra monies as the hotel charges a fortune. If you want to keep the room on for few more hours of you have a late flight home it’s an extra 20 dollars an hour .yes an hour. All in all we enjoyed our trip to America but would not recommend this hotel to a family . We will not let you spoil our holiday Avanti ..

The rooms are newer and clean, property and staff very nice. Enjoyed Lisa at the pool bar. Close to all the action. For $70 a night it was a nice place to stay. Would definitely stay there again for a short trip.
