I ordered on line and was disappointed that the ice cream machine was not working so won't be getting my shake. I asked if I would be refunded since I paid on line and was told maybe of I contact the company they can do something for me. I took my order which included 20 classic wings that I was going to take home after work. Placed and order for pickup today at 10:00am as the website says they are open but not open and they opened at 10:20am 2nd time having problems with this location. food ready about 10:38am and it was cold. so never again!I have emailed my info as requested to you today. 12.22.23

My chicken buffalo was drenched in the sauce making the bread very saggy. The flavor was not quite right for me. The boneless chicken wings with the lemon pepper rub were overwhelmingly seasoned with sprinkle clumps of it. For the price I expect it to be better.
