We were not impressed with the food. The kids got the chicken wings which turned out to be chicken nuggets. The fries were good and hot.I order the large Kentucky Bourbon Cheesesteak which I thought came as a meal for 12.99 but was charged 4.28 to make the sandwich a combo so it came out to be 18.00 for the combo. The bread was soft and not toasted. The sliced meat was saturated with a sickening sweet thick barbecue sauce that had no bourbon flavor. The lettuce and tomato on the sandwich did not go well with the sauce. One of the worse sandwiches and combinations I have ever encountered.We went to find a table, none were clean, the floor and drink station were dirty. One of the ceiling tiles was missing and the return air vents were dirty. The napkins dispenser sitting on the trash can was empty.I have visited the Charley’s in the mall and it was never so poorly run. I will not be returning or recommending this location.

My chicken buffalo was drenched in the sauce making the bread very saggy. The flavor was not quite right for me. The boneless chicken wings with the lemon pepper rub were overwhelmingly seasoned with sprinkle clumps of it. For the price I expect it to be better.

I ordered on line and was disappointed that the ice cream machine was not working so won't be getting my shake. I asked if I would be refunded since I paid on line and was told maybe of I contact the company they can do something for me. I took my order which included 20 classic wings that I was going to take home after work. I wished I checked them before I left they were so dry couldn't even eat them, hurts your teeth as it feels like you are trying to eat the bone. Usually their wings are my favorite go to but now I am not sure if I will go back. At least the fries and cheese steak was good. But what a waste of money 20 wings are not exactly cheap.

My friend & I got hot honey wings, buffalo wings, loaded fries & a strawberry lemonade yesterday. I guess some food spots get an overwhelming amount of bad reviews because people mostly go out of their way to leave reviews after bad experiences. I wasn’t gonna leave a review until I saw all of the bad ones. I’ve had Charley’s like 3x. It’ll be my 4th later today. Never had an issue. Food hits every time ??

I ordered from door Dash on my lunch break while at work. I didn’t receive any of the condiments I asked for, my fries are soooo cold and soggy just disgusting; and to put the icing on the cake I paid $2.79 for fries just to receive 10 fries in my box just a ripoff.

While shopping inside at Wal-Mart decided to try this little walk in and take a sandwich home with me. Ordered the cheesesteak with every thing plus some peppers. Price with tax was just over $10.00 for the nine inch sub. This appears to be a franchise restaurant with food servings limited to french frys, cheesesteak sandwiches and wings - all of various flavors. they could use some friendly training at the front counter. They gave away my order to someone who came in after me and had to remake mine while I waited. No apologies, no smiles no comment about the wait. well, the sandwich was good. Not the traditional cheesesteak I am more use to but they did a good job on the preparation and taste portion.
