I had to correct them two different times that I only wanted a hamburger not a cheeseburger. They still made a cheeseburger. I returned it and they cheerfully fixed the order and it was probably one of the best hamburgers I’ve ever had.
Asked for egg McMuffin Canadian bacon toasted well done no butter got sausage, lightly toasted loads of butter, 1st time second time got canadian bacon lightly toasted butter, third time they finally got it right ... no compensation even though it took 3 attempts and about 30 minutes of my time .This happened two different days in a week. . I initially went through drive-thru, and had to go inside ..

I know this is a fast food place. But you guys need to be patient and make your sandwiches well. You all are too sloppy, mayo everywhere, lettuce barely on the bun, bread half hard.. do better. It was slow for a dinner rush too that's why I was puzzle about my sandwich looked the way it did.
