This particular location on French Ave frequently gets my order wrong, forgets an item in my order, and never adds sauce packets even when they've been added to mobile order and are clearly shown on the receipt/order slip. Make sure to check your bags and verbally ask for sauce before driving away. The staff members are generally polite, and the food is good.

This McDonald's is the closest to where I live, so it's convenient in that regard, considering I come here twice a week. However, the customer service is absolutely atrocious. You can always tell the employees taking orders do not care about you or your food. They always have a "whatever" attitude and get mad at you when they mess up. On top of that, they consistently get every single one of my orders wrong. Either they forget to put something in my bag, or they don't add what I paid to get added. I'm absolutely sick of it. Leaving this review because today's visit was the final straw. I'm done eating here. Do better guys.

I know this is a fast food place. But you guys need to be patient and make your sandwiches well. You all are too sloppy, mayo everywhere, lettuce barely on the bun, bread half hard.. do better. It was slow for a dinner rush too that's why I was puzzle about my sandwich looked the way it did.
