They're almost always missing something. Last time I went, the only side they had was coleslaw. This time, I waited 20 minutes for them to tell me that they couldn't fulfill my mobile order because they didn't have enough chicken sandwiches.
Getting harder to keep coming here. Never any spicy chicken (Popeyes specialty) ready. Very slow counter service with lots of messed up orders. Average is 10-12 min wait in line, then another 12 to 15 min waiting on spicy chicken. Always late getting back to work.

The staff is over worked, they need more workers to help. I understand being short staffed. They do the best they can. I come here alot with my client cause this is favorite place. So I learned to deal with the Long wait times. Sometimes they will give a free drink. Most times they will give you fresh items if you really ask for it. They are nice people to me.
