Horrible experience ordered online and I’m missing both my kids fried all of our drinks. I try to call to see if I can go pick it up even tho I did delivery for a reason and their phone line stays on busy mode so u can’t call. Horrible customer service. Now I have two very upset kids at home.

Horrible experience. Too many complaints to list individually. However, I’ll share the worst. They must not have lids for their large side containers. They put 2 large containers of red beans in rice in a paper bag and gave it to us without saying a word. They legit served me soup in a paper bag. The chickens good though…so like all of us I’m going to complain and likely go back

The thing with the Chucky hair at the window got the WORST attitude I've ever been around. You'd think you putting in an order, as you do at the drive thru, was her 13th reason why. Definitely not having someone with attitude handle my food again. Weird behavior.

The staff is over worked, they need more workers to help. I understand being short staffed. They do the best they can. I come here alot with my client cause this is favorite place. So I learned to deal with the Long wait times. Sometimes they will give a free drink. Most times they will give you fresh items if you really ask for it. They are nice people to me. I appreciate them most times. I believe they be 5 stars if they had the help. And a corporate that actually cared. I appreciate hard work. Even when they tired some of them are dedicated to they work. Some care and work hard, some don't. Just depends what day and time you come

They're almost always missing something. Last time I went, the only side they had was coleslaw. This time, I waited 20 minutes for them to tell me that they couldn't fulfill my mobile order because they didn't have enough chicken sandwiches.
Closed well before the posted time. We went away hungry. The employees saw us and promptly hid in the back.
