Listen, you can either be good at your job with an attitude, or you can be bad at your job and be humble.....But you don't get to be bad at your job AND have an attitude ?The girl at the window forgot the sauce in my bag, so after I waited for her to come back and VERY POLITELY let her know the sauce was missing, she literally looked at me like "you really waited at the window for that ?"Then she only gave me 2 sauces when I put 6 on my mobile order, so I asked for a few more since I ordered 6 and she once again stared at me like SHE was annoyed.... then *clearly irritated* spoke into her headset to the car at the speaker "*sigh* one moment please ?" as if her forgetting my sauces in the first place was inconvenient..Ironically when you work customer service and find out you forgot part of someone's order, you should apologize for inconveniencing THEM.... not in 2024 ? the customer gets attitude and is made to feel like the inconvenience for asking for what's missing ??♀️Anyway, clearly by all the recent reviews, I see my bad experience is not an isolated incident. I hope whoever runs this location wakes up before they run out of business all together, because I'm tired of paying money to be treated like crap after having to fix my order in the first place ??

I'm surprised this location is functioning. I placed my order on the kiosk. I sat and waited and noticed every customer after me was served before. It took a considerable amount of time to get the attention of the staff to help me. Once I had their assistance, I was informed that my order was never placed. Luckily, I had a copy of my receipt text to my phone. It took another 15 minutes after correcting this issue before I was served. I spent a total of 40 minutes before I was served. This location doesn't appear to be understaffed. However, they don't seem to care. Fair, I suppose, but it is fast food.

Food is fine but, ya know, it’s supposed to be fast food. And well, waiting 35 min for a burrito during lunch period is pretty sad. If you like waitin for fast food, this place is great. 1/10, no redeeming qualities Taco

Well it started when we waited several minutes before they took our order. There was one car at the p/u window. When we received our order we were missing items that came as a combo, as well made incorrectly. Not only made incorrectly, there was hardly any fillings in them. Didn't even try to cheat with lettuce and tomatoes, in fact some of the items didn't have them either. So unfortunate, I'm sure the people would not appreciate the service and food that they provided my family. ?

The receiver or cashier must speak Spanish, it would be more practical for many Latinos who do not know how to function in English.

I don't know what happened to the gentleman that use to work at this location a couple of months ago. I believe that he was a manager. But this place is absolutely horrible now. Wait times are at the half-hour mark.
