I worked at the Bradenton Bakery as a production technician/sponge mixer and I was responsible for getting the process of making the bread started. I mixed all the ingredients into a huge dough mixer and after it fermented for about an hour I pulled the troughs of dough, that weighed over 2000 pounds, onto a lift that raised it up and dumped the dough into the main mixers. I found the Flowers Baking Company by accident in Leesburg, Florida. We were having a poker run to raise money for the Homeless Veterans of Eustis, Went to the assistant manager asked him for a rolls and hamburger donation for the poker run. There was no questions asked, they gave us 2 flats of bread and rolls. So thankful for all they done. Thank You Flowers Baking Co. in Leesburg., Fl. Debra Kopelic, Secretary of Moose Riders. Of course and everyone that lives in the area knows about the smell. Everything smells delicious. And it also tastes just as good. The staff that works here is very nice. Quality employees and quality food. Makes for a very good business.
