Atmosphere very cute, very clean at first glances. Great fries, yummy grilled cheese, too!I am not expecting the 5star experience, but basic customer service is always nice...Fly flew in a drink. The bartender told us :That's what happens when you eat outside. " she proceeds to suck out the fly w a straw, expecting we would dtink out of the glass and the rest of the beer tio. Gross, and right after we had gotten outmr food too!No compensation or new drink is offered. No apologies, either.Not good customer service.Bad taste left in our mouths. Wont be back for a while or at all.

The outside tiki bar seating was full and it was chilly so we went inside and found a table. Turns out the Shriner's Club operates inside the bar and shares a kitchen with Hot Sands. Waitresses were friendly but overworked as there is a staff shortage. Menu features sandwiches, soup, salad, seafood baskets etc. our food came out quickly despite having a full house. I had the shrimp basket with cole slaw and it was okay. There is a huge parking lot behind the building.

Ordered nachos and there was no chili, sour cream or salsa. Waitress brought sour cream and salsa. Not much meat or cheese. Had a dirty martini with Titos and vodka did not taste like Titos at all. Very disappointing. On the plus side our waitress was awesome!

Great location, clean dining room, pleasant staff, plenty food choices for Sunday breakfast buffet. Food all pre-packaged and frozen, greasy, kdried out, and food cold. Great potential for good Sunday crowd. So disappointed. *

This was our second time here. Great bar and entertainment. Four of us went on a cool night and sat by the heater. Friendly service and the food was solid, can't wait to go back.
