Rudest encounter with the server, drinks are not shaken and when it was brought to the attention she told me to just stir it. I am not paying for an overpriced drink that’s not made properly to try and stir the chunks out nor should I. She used profanity and was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. This is the second time there and second time with an unprofessional attitude.i tried to give her my card to check out and told to use the app. When the app wouldn’t work she was just rude about it. First time was food only second was for a drink since our plane was delayed. Horrible experience and customer service, she should not be in the service industry!

It's a small spot in terminal B at the Sarasota Bradenton airport. The nicer sit down restaurants are outside of security, so in the terminal there are limited options. The cocktails were good, at $$ airport prices. The food was decent, it's prepared in a very small area my the bar, not a formal kitchen. Mostly heat and serve items. Order and pay so the an app. Bar seating and table seating. It was constantly packed. The service was ok. She was helping people that couldn't use the app. A regulars paper menu is available

When Kona Grill Opened it was extremely good, and the food was amazing. We sat at the bar and while the service was good (2 bartenders), it definitely appears they have cheapened the quality of their food. We both ordered the "Surf & Turf", which use to come with a Nice, Lean Sliced Filet with Garlic Butter Patty (no longer have the butter) along with a Signature Roll, Green Beans and Whipped Mash Potatoes (some options applied). Now, at a higher price they cur the whipped potatoes out (only 1 side of green beans), no longer a sliced filet, but just a chuck of beef whiich truly did not have the texture of a filet, both were like a dried sirloin. The roll now is a poor version of a lobster roll, which contained VERY little lobster (they dont even sell this roll separetly) and fell apart. Not good at all! The greeters are not rude, yet they use to be so friendly here and that wasn't the case on this and other recent visits. I still recall a manager Patrick walking around and greeting everyone, but since he left It appears that practice has ended.

Amazing beers and food with a very friendly staff. A destination location with incredible views of the marina

I wanted to shout my disdain from the mountain, but I didn’t have a mountain. I only had this forum. Staff was dismissive. Rude. Lame. Churlish. Food is reheated frozen cardboard. I’ve had better service from a vending machine. I’ve had better food and drinks in literally every other place I’ve ever been. Also- Everything is done through a QR code. They don’t want to interact with you. When you pay, you have to go online and put all your information. I’m at the airport, just swipe the card and let me escape this hell. I encourage other to shun this location.

Diner beware, our group will not return. We were seated efficiently to a near empty restaurant. The waitress did not make her presence known until after we sat waiting for nearly 10 minutes. Drink orders took another 10 to 15 minutes. Waitress then took dinner orders and we sat for nearly a half hour before our food came out all the while a minimum of 3 wait staff stood “hiding” behind the large pilar talking and on their phones and not being attentive to the customers. When the macadamia nut chicken was delivered, the sauce had a settled film on it, reflecting that it was not freshly made. The sautéed green beans came out cold with a white film on them from what they were sautéed in. And the miso whipped mashed potatoes tasted more like a cold, baked potato. My friends ordered the prime rib dinner, and the other one was a fillet. The prime rib ordered medium, came out well done and we doubt that it was prime rib as the texture was not prime rib quality. The sides that were ordered, were not brought out with the order. The macaroni and cheese that they rave about still had unmelted shredded cheese, reflecting that that dish as well was cold. Not sure why they have the kiosk at the table as pressing the button for waitstaff went unanswered until we waved our arm to get salt, pepper and butter - but the same 3 hid out again talking. And when she brought out the butter, I felt that it was cold. She disagreed with me saying that they were in the fridge and they’d warm up soon. Warm up on what, the cold potatoes??? Then the bill came reflecting the wine she never delivered. Again, pressing the “ask for waitstaff” button, she again was with the group talking and all were on their phones. When she was questioned about removing the wine from the bill, she was didn’t even remember the order. We questioned the prime rib and for it to be taken off the bill her reply was “our kitchen staff has been having a lot of problems lately, they are horrible”. She ended up removing 2 of our 3 entrees off the bill and then and only then did she visit our table 3 times in 2 minutes to ask if we needed help with paying on the kiosk. When it came to her tip she was quite attentive. One would think that if you are trying to live off of your tips, one should be more attentive to their job and not chatting it up with others or on their phones. Food was horrible. Service was horrible. Would have given no stars if I was able. Management needs to take note.

Most pathetic Cobb Salad I’ve ever experienced. Insulting to me, SHOULD be embarrassing to them. Food quality, quantity I saw come out is exceptionally low— even by airport joint standards.
