It's a small spot in terminal B at the Sarasota Bradenton airport. The nicer sit down restaurants are outside of security, so in the terminal there are limited options. The cocktails were good, at $$ airport prices. The food was decent, it's prepared in a very small area my the bar, not a formal kitchen. Mostly heat and serve items. When Kona Grill Opened it was extremely good, and the food was amazing. We sat at the bar and while the service was good (2 bartenders), it definitely appears they have cheapened the quality of their food. We both ordered the "Surf & Turf", which use to come with a Nice, Lean Sliced Filet with Garlic Butter Patty (no longer have the butter) along with a Signature Roll, Green Beans and Whipped Mash Potatoes (some options applied). My wife and I visit the Kona Grill at UTC in Sarasota the other night. We had gone often in the past and thought we should give it another try. It was around 8 pm so we asked for a table. It took the hostess several minutes trying to locate one so said we take a table top. We were seated and found the table was extremely wobbly.
