I had went their and passed by the drive thru, ordered a key lime pie, got home noticed it wasn’t in the bag mind you I live a good 20 mins away I wasn’t going to go back that same night , so I called back got told by the manger to give them my name and I did, came back today to try and pick it up, but the lady told me I needed to show a receipt, didn’t even bother checking with the manger that I talked to . Once again, I called back the restaurant talked to some guy asked for my name and said they couldn’t find the case? I’m sorry but that’s such bad customer service. Manger or whoever even raised their voice at me. just crazy, could just give me what I paid for

The food here is exceptional. If you're a fitness guy or a bodybuilder or something, you cannot go wrong with the two chicken breast meal. Their rice is so good. Usually rice is just rice but their rice tastes absolutely delicious. If you're a mashed potatoes fan, they're mashed potatoes and gravy are as good as it gets anywhere. They are absolutely delicious.The Cuban sandwiches are good. The desserts are really good. If you want a sauce for your chicken or meat, they have amazing sauces that are very delicious. I don't know what Latino style of food they are but the sauces are very very good.Most of the help doesn't speak English well, but they have at least one or two who do always. You can't rely on the employees to explain or talk you through stuff too much, but you really can't go wrong with any of the dishes.Whenever a city has this restaurant, I usually eat at it at least once.
Sarasota - Fruitville and lose to highway 75 in a colorful standalone building. It has a drive-through. Got the 1/4 chicken with black beans and yellow rice. I like to spoon the rice into the black beans that are in a cup to keep them separate from the chicken and rice. The chicken is cooked on a grill and has a crispy skin with flavoring, but not barbecue sauce. The dining area inside is clean and children were welcome. It is definitely change from the standard American cuisines but not alien. The food was very good and reasonably priced.

Just purchased large chiken tropichop with everything on it for to go. The 1st thing I noticed when i opened the box, was the strong and unusual smell of something sour, then i realized they really puts everything, even some green onion with mold growing on top!Hard to catch on the photos but I did my best! This supposed to be the lunch of my 3 years old boys. Can you imagine to feed your kinds with mold? Better don't!Be careful if you order from this location! I won't go there again for sure!To the stuff:Be more responsible! This could be in your plate next time!

I want to know who idea it was to put salad dressing on a customer salad. By the time you get down the road the lettuce is soggy. What if it’s a person’s lunch for later. Not every customer remembers or are not aware that y’all put the salad dressing on it. I’m just baffled and hurt about my salad I just bought. But the service was great.
