It's a staple of my lunch diet. The chicken and rice bowls are cooked fresh, are healthy if you leave off the add ons like sauces etc, taste great, and are reasonably priced by 2024 standards. I do miss the pre COVID version of the restaurant. They have less staff now resulting in longer lines and slower counter service if you need something during your meal, the sauce bar (which I don't use often) is gone, and the soft drink machine (I enjoy the occasional diet Coke) is absent...read full review

Lilian, Henry, Kevin, and Maria were all awesome. Listing their names because all of them took the time to give us a very warm, personable kind of service when we came in last minute and ordered a ton of food. They were more than pleasant and friendly, not grumpy that we were there late like some places. Love their food too of course always!

Wasn't happy with my first go around at the store but the gm and her staff made it right...she(GM) actually cares about her customers and what her employees are serving to customers so I will say I'm very satisfied with my experience and looking forward to coming back
