First of all the rum is delicious. We bought two bottles, the distillers reserve and the coconut. I’ve been to several craft distilleries that just really didn’t make very good stuff, this was the exception, the rum is fantastic. As a rum drinker, I have a discerning taste and have been to many distilleries. This was by far the best to which I've been or tasted! They use all natural ingredients instead of "flavorings" so the result is a smooth, delicious, flavorful product. The tour was about 30-40 minutes and really went into how the products were started, made, and bottled or barreled.
