Absolutely amazing!! Knowing that the meat produce is locally and ethically sourced means everything to me. I'm absolutely willing to pay more for this but I didn't even have to because the prices are NOT outrageous. Pricing is of average burger joints but the quality and consistency is well above. Knowing that grass fed cows and bison produce healthier meat and also contributes to happier animals (no cramped feed lots) is a huge plus. They also have vegetarian and gluten free options as well as potato buns. The only thing that could make this place better is if they provided organic options but they would probably go bankrupt if they did with these prices lol

I have a lot of mixed emotions about paying $7+ on a malt milkshake. It was good, but it wasn't the most incredible thing I've had. I could drive to steak 'n shake for similar quality and a lesser price. I can appreciate the contribution to something local, but I feel slightly taken advantage of. Yeah I'll probably be back, it is very conveniently close.

Extremely disappointed with today's very cold hot dog order. Usually the food here is good but today's curbside was the worst. I ordered 2 hot dogs and they were cold. I was sitting outside waiting for my food so no I didn't forget to be there. I asked for chili on one of the dogs and it was in a tiny cup and it was cold too. The cheese for the other hot dog was in a tiny cup too and it was thick and hard not soft and gooey. Total disappointment. No curbside orders from here.

Food is great but ever since Covid, customer service has gone way down hill. Two times guy was rude to us when we ordered take out, you call 1:30 prior to them closing three times no answer and voicemail box is full 4th time calling get put on hold. Quality has also dipped a little. Prior to covid this would have been 5 star. Honestly seems like they don’t care about business anymore.

While on vacation, my daughter and I decided to try this recommended burger joint. With the current conditions and virus, we had it delivered, so I’m not able to review the facility. Smacks has a great list of burgers to choose from. We ordered the BEC burger, kids cheeseburger, garlic fries, and a regular order of fries. The burgers were good for being fast food, thus why I’m giving it 4 stars. I’m not quite sure if it was because of the delivery time or the fries just were a little over cooked, but I would only give the fries 2 stars. Overall, I will be trying this place in person on my next trip to Siesta!

A bison burger to die for!! I have not had a bad burger yet. Their coffee shake is my favorite as well and let's not forget the smack sauce .

This place is always tasty and the service I've experienced has been good. I love Smack's because the food isn't greasy and I don't feel like I need a nap after eating here. I would recommend their fries, plain or one of the more elaborate options. If you're getting the fries to go, keep the container open so the steam doesn't make them soggy.

This place truly has gone downhill rapidly ever since new management. The customer service is extremely poor constantly forget things on what you order, incredibly slow curbside pick up times, even the upkeep on the building. The patio looks like a corner store. The food is still good though.
