I went back to the restaurant bc my order was slightly wrong. Admittedly I was a bit “complainy”. The young man who was presumably the manager was able to temper my complaint. He remained calm and polite. Honestly I may have not deserved professionalism. I didn’t get his name, however it was 4/13 at approximately 6:00 pm. I’d hire him in a flash.
Haven't been to a McDonald's in a long time but after today's experience I think it's gonna stay that way. The restaurant was not wiped down all the tables that were empty were empty and dirty. I asked for extra mayo on my sandwich and it was beyond edible due to how much mayo was on it and no lettuce just mayo. I didn't order it that way so idk if that's a new thing with McChicken or not. We do a lot of mobile orders here and the food is usually very good. Tonight an item was left out of the bag which is always frustrating. Unbelievably, the staff wanted to argue about it being in the bag. Of course it's not there, that's why we drove back. Just crazy that they instantly argued and made a scene without an ounce of customer service.
