We do a lot of mobile orders here and the food is usually very good. Tonight an item was left out of the bag which is always frustrating. Unbelievably, the staff wanted to argue about it being in the bag. Of course it's not there, that's why we drove back. Just crazy that they instantly argued and made a scene without an ounce of customer service.

I went back to the restaurant bc my order was slightly wrong. Admittedly I was a bit “complainy”. The young man who was presumably the manager was able to temper my complaint. He remained calm and polite. Honestly I may have not deserved professionalism. I didn’t get his name, however it was 4/13 at approximately 6:00 pm. I’d hire him in a flash.

Haven't been to a McDonald's in a long time but after today's experience I think it's gonna stay that way. The restaurant was not wiped down all the tables that were empty were empty and dirty. I asked for extra mayo on my sandwich and it was beyond edible due to how much mayo was on it and no lettuce just mayo. I didn't order it that way so idk if that's a new thing with McChicken or not. The lady that took my order was really nice smiling and friendly though. The kicker is on the cup and fries it says WC Donalds and Chinese writing along the side. Why? No thanks WC Donalds I'll stick to Wendy's!

Order was wrong, brought it to their attention, and they said there is nothing they can do. Spoke to manager she fixed the order and by that time the food was cold. The reason it was cold is they found my order in the back, and I had someone else's order. They would only remake the order if I bought a new order.

Ordered a frappe on mobile and when I got here was told machine was being cleaned, 1:41 pm. Was offered a milkshake and asked for chocolate. When it came to the window there was no chocolate all vanilla. They tried to make another same issue. Finally they put some syrup on the vanilla and gave it to me. Not a chocolate milkshake at all.

Hands down one of the best McDonalds. I usually get the breakfast here and it's always hot and fresh and out quickly. The people at the window are also very nice and friendly. Literally every other McDonald's could learn from them.

I get that it's a fast food place, but take some semblance of pride in your work and actually make the food look edible. Sloppy prep. Can't even make a McFlurry correctly. Never again, extremely unhappy.

I stop here just about every Monday afternoon on the way to my yougling's piano lesson for fries and just about every time the fries are te best fries I've had. No other location that I've been to in Brevard County have had fresh hot fries as consistently as this location. Keep it up!
