The oddest thing at BK Sebring North. Unless you ask for salt and/or ketchup before you order you cannot have them. If you ask first they have them, but if you don't they will say that they are out, and one employee even told me it was because salt is bad for you. Happened to me a few times so it must be on purpose. Bummer when you order fries or hash browns. Seems OK at BK Sebring South.
poorly made frappe, all ice hunks, manager was doing dishes, stopped to make it, no washing of hands......where's Sharon when you need here??
I went to the drive-through I gave my order, the person taking the order only repeat it back the drinks. Still got my sandwich wrong. I paid the exact total and did not get a receipt. Pulled up to the next window to get my order, I asked the girl if my sandwich had cheese on it she said ,she didn’t take the order or bag it. And of course once again my order was wrong. If this particular Burger King was not so close to my house I would never go there again. Doesn’t matter what...read full review

However, there have been reports of negative experiences, such as a manager being mean and kicking out a support dog from the kids’ playground for no reason. Despite this, many still enjoy the food and the overall atmosphere, especially the indoor play area and the classic offerings like the Whopper.
