This restaurant is a real highlight for the Sebring area; standing well above most of what is available now. Excellent food (everything I have tried) very friendly service and the atmosphere is nice. The restaurant is currently growing with outdoor dining area being added during an ongoing add/remodel. You will not be dissapointed give them a try.
As a devoted patron of The Albatross, my family and I have frequented this establishment weekly since its opening, relishing its cuisine and cherishing the community it fosters.
