Always expect to be greated by pleasant staff and enjoy great home cooking, there may on occasion be a wait, but that in itself shows how popular this little diner is, don't get ruffled, be patient and you won't regret the wait. “Rather sparse in the way of decor but you can’t eat furniture. My food was good but service was off a tad. Too long for a coffee refill and when my breakfast came it was incomplete. I was told it would be up soon, which turned out to be nearly 5 minutes while my order sat in front of me getting cold. When it finally came it was delicious and the sausage gravy spot on. Home fries and English muffin were now lukewarm and not as enjoyable. Server was pleasant enough but they should have left the meal under a heat lamp until complete. #stevensleavin“
“Apex at Seven is the restaurant at the Seven Sebring Raceway Hotel which is also known as Sebring International Raceway Hotel. They have a complimentary breakfast from 6 to 9 am on weekdays and until 10 a.m. on weekends in the area formerly known as the "Hairpin" as it faces the Hairpin turn of the Sebring Raceway. Breakfast is basic buffet-style eggs, bacon, and sausage. They also have lunch and dinner menus which have rather good foods. For lunch, I had their Black & Smoky Blue burger which was Cajun rubbed and blackened with smoked blue cheese, roasted red peppers, lettuce, red onion, tomato, a special sauce, and a brioche bun. Then for dinner, a special not on the menu filet with a nice red wine reduction sauce. For drinks, the Apex bar is great. Always cocktails of full-measure pours and happy hour specials. Something very special to Apex is its manager, George, as he is a food and beverage manager who cares and goes out of his way to please his guests. We had mentioned that we'd like to have a couple of filet mignons for dinner, and though they weren't on the menu, he saw to it that we got exactly what we wanted.“
“I had the best OMG burger EVER here. I would definitely recommend this place if you are needing a quick and delicious meal. The manager was walking around and talking to everyone and he made the restaurant feel inviting and pleasant to be at. He deserves a raise I’m positive!!“
“The food was delicious! I had the stacked chicken, two chicken breasts topped with onions, mushrooms, bacon and cheese with a side of sweet potato fries. The atmosphere was ok. It was clean, just doesn't look like a normal restaurant. They must have been short staffed as service was a good but a little slow. Overall, would recommend.“
“Food and service is always great. If you want authentic Mexican food, this is the place to go. Don't let the outside fool, as this is a small grocery & restaurant. But the food is very good and prices are more reasonable than the big chain restaurants.“

“We went to this place on a Sunday afternoon, and boy was it crowded and loud! They had a band playing, people everywhere and the drinks were flowing. Maybe that's why it's called a saloon! However, the food was good and waitresses were on the ball!“
“Thursday Jan 25 at Sebring Ihop started out poorly with the waitress(Laura). She took our drink orders but never returned to bring drinks nor take our order. I felt as if she judged the book by the cover. I'm not one to use the race card but I strongly felt that was the Card we was dealt tonight from the waitress. It took the other waitress(Lazarus) to notice we didnt receive our drinks nor order after sitting there for sometime. We sat & watched that same waitress seat another couple take drink orders and their food order promptly. So to that waitress practice on customer service & never judge a book by the cover. I deeply feel she didn't want to serve us thinking she would not get a tip. Sincere thanks to the waitress that took care of us. To the manager the waitress could use more training. “Had a great anniversary dinner here! We had the rollovers and escargot for appetizers and I would highly recommend both. We split the French onion soup and it was one of the best I’ve ever had! For dinner we had the Chef’s Special , I had the Ahi Tuna and my boyfriend had the Pork Chop… both were cooked perfectly and delicious! The decor and ambiance is lovely, they are race fans and manage to incorporate racing while still keeping the upscale vibe. We were stuffed from dinner, but they brought out a Crème brûlée in celebration of our anniversary and we somehow found a little more room to finish it off, it wasn’t hard because it was outstanding. Our server, Malia was the cherry on top of our perfect dinner, she was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly . If we find ourselves In Sebring again we will definitely be back!♥️“
“Until our last time there, food was good. Last time we were there, we ordered wings all flats. Was served all boneless. Wish we would have kept the boneless because waitress took our boneless wings back. When they brought our flat wings, there weren’t cooked all the way because they rushed to get them out to us. Our fries were getting cold so we had to eat them with no wings. Bad experience all the way around. Will be a while before we return“

“It's a nice place and some of the best pizza in Highlands County. The crust was nice and crispy. The sauce had a great flavor and was not over loaded . I would like to see a little more toppings on the pizza. We had a sausage, pepperoni and ham and I felt the meats were lacking. My wife was ok with the toppings. We also had the cheese garlic bread and it was delicious. Another table by us had the fried mushrooms appetizer and the portion was huge, enough for 6 - 8 people. As we were leaving we saw an order of onion rings. They looked awesome. We will be getting those on our next visit.“
“Very friendly staff. Got us seated quickly, and our server was amazing. She came by and checked on us frequently. Tried gator bites as appetizer. Very good, but the main course was amazing. Glad we went early as they got very busy, and we now know why.“
